Herley General Microwave Israel is a subsidiary company of the world wide "General Microwave Corporation, U.S.A". In 1999 "Herley Industries" purchased "General Microwave" and therefore became "Herley General Microwave Israel". Herley itself was founded and is operative since 1985.

Herley General Microwave Israel known as GMI has always focused on high quality of components and service. Our company is constantly dedicated to keep up with the developing technology and high standards of both designs and products. Eyal Microwave Industries (EMI) was purchased by Herley and is located at Kibbutz Eyal in Israel and the company's new name is "Herley GMI Eyal Ltd" and it is operated as part of Herley General Microwave Israel Corp. (GMIC).

Eyal Microwave Industries is a supplier of broad components such as RF, microwave and millimeter wave components and customized subsystems, for the global defense industry.
